Perth Weft Hair Extension Specialists made with 100% Human Hair & ethically sourced.

Make your dream hair a reality with natural-looking, lush hair extensions.

Weft to the experts!

  • Ethically Sourced

At Frankies Hair Studio, we’re conscious of the environmental and social impacts unethically sourced extensions have, which is why we’re so passionate about offering the highest quality wefts, sourced fairly and ethically. What does that actually mean though? Ethically sourced means that the hair has been sold willingly and for a fair amount.

  • 100% Human Hair

Our wefts are all 100% human hair. Human hair lasts longer than synthetic, looks more natural, can be dyed and washed, and heat tools can be used on them. Synthetic hair typically looks less natural and they generally only last for a few months.

  • 100% Premium Quality

Finding the right hair extensions can be hard. There’s so many to choose from and so many things to consider; texture, durability, thickness. We’ve taken the guess work out of it! Our extensions are premium grade seamless weft extensions, to give you the fullest, softest locks out!

Turn up the volume of your hair with premium weft extensions

Before upgrading your mane, we require you to come in for a consultation prior to the initial install appointment.

Hair extensions are a highly customisable product, which means we need to plan ahead so we can achieve your new hair goals! This includes colour matching, selecting the right thickness and desired length, so that your new locks blend seamlessly with your own hair.

All new install appointments require a deposit to secure your appointment and order in the hair that we have customised for you.

Deposits start from $200 - $300 depending on the length of the extensions.

FAQs

What shampoo & conditioner should I use?

Avoid using any high protein, deep cleansing shampoos that contain sulphates or parabens on your hair extensions. It’s best to use shampoos and hair products that moisturise, to keep your extensions hydrated and soft.

Can I blow dry my hair extensions?

After washing your hair, you can blow dry your extensions on a low heat setting, but only after using a heat protection product. Never go to bed with wet or damp hair as this can damage your extensions and natural hair and can cause matting.

Do I need follow-up appointments?

Yes. To ensure you get the maximum lifespan out of your extensions, follow-up appointments are required every 6-10 weeks.

What products can I use on my extensions?

It’s best to stick with salon quality brands. Avoid any supermarket brands which are generally lower quality and dry out your hair extensions.

How do I brush my hair?

Always start from your ends and work your way upwards. Be gentle and carefully hold the root area to avoid tugging and pulling.

How do I care for my extensions for bed?

It’s best to plat your hair before bed to stop your hair from matting. Silk/Bamboo Pillowcases and scrunchies are also recommended.

How do I wash my hair with my extensions in?

Gently wash the scalp area, ensuring your product is going onto the top of the extension, but limit the amount of movement of the weft. Ensure you wash the top of your extensions, otherwise your scalp can become itchy.

Use a generous amount of conditioner or treatment to mid lengths and ends and comb through to reduce knotting/matting.

Can I heat style my hair?

Always use a heat protection treatment before blow drying and heat styling. Without the use of a quality heat protection treatment, your hair can become dry and brittle.
