Holding Fees
To make a booking at Frankies Hair Studio, you will be required to pay a holding fee to secure your appointment.
All holding fees will be deducted off the total amount of your service at your appointment, unless you wish to transfer it over to your next appointment, should you need to reschedule.
HOLDING FEES:
Colour Services: $50.00
Colour Correction Services: $100.00
Cuts + Styling Services: $25.00
Hair Extension Maintenance: $50.00
Hair Extensions (New Install): $200.00 (custom length may require a higher deposit)
Cancellations / Reschedules
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, unfortunately your holding fee will be forfeited.
If you have provided more than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we can credit or refund your holding fee.
If you fail to show to your appointment, your holding fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay for your next appointment in full, before we can hold any appointments for you.
Every client is sent a confirmation text message 72 hours prior to their appointment. We kindly ask that you respond ‘YES’ or ‘NO’. This gives us time to fill your appointment spot.
If responding ‘NO’, please ensure you are doing so within our cancellation period.

Here at Frankies Hair Studio, our goal has always been to create beautiful hair in an atmosphere where both our Stylists and Clients are comfortable to be themselves.
We do not tolerate disrespectful and/or antisocial behaviour in our salon and we ask that you are always kind and courteous to our staff and other clients.
