Terms of Use / Gift Cards.

This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

2. This gift card is valid for use on both services and products at Frankies Hair Studio in Byford only.

3. Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Any unused balance on the gift card will remain on the card and can be used towards future services or product purchases.

5. Frankies Hair Studio reserves the right to modify our gift card program at any time.

6. The gift card holder must present the physical or digital gift card at the time of payment to redeem the value.

7. Gift Cards do not expire.

8. The gift card cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

9. Frankies Hair Studio is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the gift card.

10. Any attempt to fraudulently use or duplicate the gift card will result in legal action.

11. The balance on the gift card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

12. The gift card cannot be resold or used for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Frankies Hair Studio.

13. Frankies Hair Studio reserves the right to request additional identification or proof of purchase when redeeming the gift card.

14. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

15. Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By purchasing, receiving, or using the Frankies Hair Studio Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
